• [ ] Reset Factory: Attempted "Hardware Reset" (Holding Reset button for 5s).

• [ ] Cable Check: Verified Ethernet/Antenna cables are not faulty.

• [ ] Security Integrity: Confirmed the "Warranty Void" seal is intact and no physical tampering occurred.

PART 4: Terms & Conditions (Read Carefully)

1. RMA Number Required: No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number issued by Mofiu Support Team.

2. Shipping Costs: The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to Mofiu Service Center. Mofiu will cover the return shipping costs for repaired/replaced units under warranty.

3. No Fault Found (NFF): If Mofiu engineers find no defect (NFF), the Customer may be charged a USD50 diagnostic fee and return shipping costs.

4. Data Loss Waiver: Mofiu is not responsible for any configuration data or logs stored on the device. All devices will be factory reset during repair.

5. Out of Warranty: For units out of warranty, a repair quote will be sent for approval before work begins.
