Mofiu warrants to the original end-user or authorized distributor that the Mofiu SG100 Series Industrial Gateway ("Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment.

Why we commit: This 2-year standard warranty is backed by our use of industrial-grade components, including the Microchip® processor with a 15-year supply longevity commitment.

• Standard Warranty: 24 Months (2 Years) for the main device unit.

• Accessories: 12 Months for power adapters, antennas, and cables included in the package.

• Extended Warranty (Optional): Mofiu offers an optional "Mofiu Care+" service pack to extend the warranty up to 5 years. Please contact your sales representative for pricing.

If a Product fails within thirty (30) days from the shipment date due to a manufacturing defect, it is considered DOA.

• Mofiu will provide an immediate replacement unit.

• Mofiu will cover two-way shipping costs for DOA cases.

To obtain warranty service, the Customer must follow this procedure:

1. Troubleshooting: Contact Mofiu Global Support (support@mofiu.com) or your local Authorized Distributor for remote diagnosis.

2. RMA Issuance: If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, Mofiu will issue a unique RMA Number.

3. Shipment: The Customer must ship the defective Product to the designated Mofiu Service Center.

4. Freight: The Customer pays for shipping to Mofiu. Mofiu pays for the return shipping of the repaired/replaced unit to the Customer (One-way shipping policy).

5. Turnaround Time: Mofiu targets a repair/replacement turnaround of 10 business days upon receipt of the defective unit.

This warranty does not cover defects or damages resulting from:

• Improper Installation: Failure to follow the SG100 User Manual (e.g., connecting wrong voltage to the 2-Pin Terminal Block).

• Environmental Damage: Use outside the specified operating temperature (-40 to +75 Degree) or water ingress (unless IP-rated enclosure is used).

• Unauthorized Modification:

• Breaking the "Warranty Void If Removed" security seal.

• Tampering with the Hardware Secure Boot mechanism or forcing non-signed firmware (Rooting), which may permanently lock the device due to security protocols.

• Force Majeure: Lightning strikes, floods, or other natural disasters.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MOFIU BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT.
