Job Opening: Overseas Sales Manager

The Position As an Overseas Sales Manager, you will hunt and develop new M2M and IOT opportunities through new customer acquisitions. You will be the spearhead of MOFIU’s global expansion, focusing on selling the value propositions of our highly secure, APP-architecture cellular solutions to end-user accounts and channel partners. To achieve success, you will need to execute a regional sales plan that will leverage various channel partners (distributors, value added resellers, system integrators, and carriers) to extend your sales influence and reach.


What You Will Do Business Development: Execute daily NEW customer prospecting and development efforts across target overseas markets.

Value Selling: Identify opportunities for additional value creation for the customer and build a compelling value proposition based on Mofiu's product and services offering.

Channel Management: Develop and implement marketing plans to identify and recruit resellers, integrators, end users & corporate partners according to the company's strategy.

Pipeline Execution: Meet/Exceed assigned revenue, sales pipeline, new customer capture and other sales objectives.

Account Strategy: Conduct account and territory reviews on a regular basis that rely on industry proven sales methodologies.

Brand Representation: Create and deliver formal presentations, and participate in Regional/Corporate Trade Shows, Seminars, or other sales/marketing events.

Data Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date reporting of sales activities in CRM, and provide sales statistics, forecasts and reports on sales activity within the region.

Who You Are and What You Bring Experience: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years successful sales experience required or equivalent combination of experience.

Industry Knowledge: Networking industry experience also required. Familiarity with industrial routers, IoT gateways, and SCADA protocols is highly preferred.

Sales Acumen: Experience with two-tiered sales model and sales technologies.

Communication Mastery: Excellent presentation and organization skills with a talent for customer interaction. Must have strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Mindset: A positive attitude and proactive approach, ready to thrive in an agile and ambitious R&D-driven environment.

Mobility: Ability to travel 50% of the time to visit key global distributors and attend international exhibitions.
